Jenny Chen was born and raised in Oakland, CA. She is currently completing her senior year at Oakland High School. Her passions include art, design, and music, but fashion is most interesting to her because people perceive you for what you wear. Jenny’s self-expression comes mostly from daily life and distractions inspiring her art and fashion. She enjoys visiting new places and hopes to learn more Finnish and Italian one day. She recently launched her online etsy boutique, Skeletons In My Closet (etsy.com/shop/skltnsinmycloset), selling things she creates to help pay for her college education. Jenny is currently the Art Director for Oakland High School’s F.R.E.S.H. the Magazine, (www.freshthemagazine.com).
