Sleep yourself to health

Sleep is the most important body function we humans have. Okay sure we’ve all pulled an all nighter or maybe stayed up late for some reason or maybe you felt like you were in a Freddy Kruger movie because you just could not go to sleep no matter how long you laid in bed with your eyes closed.

I’ve had my own experience in the whole sleep thing. I once stayed up watching TV because I couldn’t sleep. The next day I realized that I only had five minutes of sleep so I got all hopped up on caffeine before I left the house. During the day I was easily pissed off until I got home, I just like fell out on the floor and went to sleep. Meaning, caffeine doesn’t really do anything to actually help you. So below I have some thing that should help you sleep and you might not even have to go to the store.

Here are some healthy home remedies that will help you get that healthy nights sleep that your body needs to make it through the next day.

1.Orange tea or the juice of two oranges in a glass of warm water.
2.A glass of warm milk with 2 1/2 tsp of honey. I use this one when I cant sleep,and I can say from experience that it works.
3. Dude lastly, chamomile tea which I also use this one and it works so well.

    i like the suggestions so ima really going to try to use them. you should talk about how to stop bad dreams too cause i have reoccuring dreams of dead babies, dying evil fetuses, cannibalism, and zombies. thanks :)
