Harry Nguyen is 17 years old, and was born and raised in Oakland, California, and is currently a sophomore at Oakland High. Harry had a difficult childhood and adolescent life, overcoming many obstacles and struggles. Through these hardships Harry has been inspired to become a police officer and change lives one person at a time, from charities, schools, animals, community, and his own family.
