Uugghhh running
We have to run five laps every Friday and sometimes I friggin hate it .But there are a lot of health benefits to running so why complain right? Well of course running is a vigorous exercise and an excellent way to get your cardio exercise.
Everyone wants to look good so like dude the best way to do that is run. Running can burn fat giving you awesome results like a good heart, toned legs, dude it even helps your bones and muscle and can even better your mood. Seriously try running when you’re pissed and then tell me how you feel I actually although I hate running I do this sometimes and it really does help I mean like really. Running even helps slow down the aging process. It also tones your butt. Wanna run now? Look dude No pain No gain.
We already know that too much of a good thing is bad, case in point running. Running too much can be bad. Running too much can result in injury to the knee, ankles and feet. Loss of muscle definition, which means the body uses protein derived from muscle tissue for more energy and you lose the look of your muscle. Overtraining syndrome which is dude like a really big deal, and if you like running a lot you should actually do some research about overtraining syndrome.

And lastly you can get something called Immune Suppression which means although running is good for your immune system, too much running can actually cause your immune system to break down and make it easier for you to get illnesses. Here are some websites were I got some of my information from.
