Sokthy Meam is 16 years old and originally from Stockton, CA. He currently calls Oakland home, and attends Fremont High School.  His interests include music production, song writing and singing, and is an active member of the community working with elementary students.  Sokthy takes pride in his heritage of Mien and Cambodian background, and works with the East Bay Asian Youth Center (EBAYC) as a media intern for Streetside Production.  He is currently a contributing writer for FRESH the Magazine (www.freshthemagazine.com).
