The winemakers of California are being smarter by paying tribute to tradition. They work smarter by using old-fashioned wooden fermentors. It saves them time and money. This helps them be proud of the old traditions they have kept up for so long. It helps them enjoy making wonderful wines and saves money at the same time. They get recognized for it and it brings people to California to visit and taste out wine.
